My son bought beautiful frames at Royal Palm Optical. Unfortunately, I leaned on the frames and broke the hinge connection so the arm was no longer attached to the frame. My son loves these frames so I was so upset that I had broken his favorite glasses. When I arrived at Royal Palm Optical, Rhonda welcomed me. She looked in the records to see the purchase date of my son's glasses and then reassured me that they would do everything they could to fix these glasses that absolutely seemed unfixable. She discussed the situation with Jan and somehow he was able to do magic with a part from another pair of glasses. He fixed the glasses that I was sure were unfixable. He called me the same day that I dropped them off to let me know that he had repaired them. I picked up the glasses the following day and Rhonda put the lenses back in the fixed frames. I am so appreciative of the care, professionalism, communication, friendliness and MacGyver-like abilities to fix broken glasses. The level of customer service was extraordinary and their selection of beautiful glasses is incredible. I am one happy customer. Thank you so much! 🙂
